Workstack splits project data into the following levels:

  1. Project
  2. Todo Lists
  3. Todos
  4. Tasks

As with adding projects there are a few different ways you can add Todos and Todo Lists, however, the easiest way is from within the Projects section.


Click Projects in the main navigation

Click the Project to which want to add the Todo or Todo List

Then select Task List from the Project navigation bar.

In an empty project you will only see the option to add a Todo List as a Todo can only be added to a Todo List.

Enter the details of the Todo List

Once you have setup a Todo List you can then select the Todo List to reveal the option to add a Todo
