Within the admin section of Workstack you can set the preferences for both the team and for yourself.

Team Settings

Only the account Owner has access to the Team Settings.

From here you have the option to set the following:

  1. Date Format  -  you can set this to either dd/mm/yy or mm/dd/yy. If you set this to mm/dd/yy then automatically all the time pickers will be set to AM/PM rather than using the 24 hour clock.
  2. Time Zone  -  allows you to set the time zone where your team is located.
  3. Working Days  -  sets those days of the week that will appear on the calendar. Those days that are set can be overridden by an individual user in their own Personal Settings. For example, if a user sets a team working day to a non-working day for themselves it will appear hatched out on the calendar.
  4. Working Day Start  -  the hour at which your company usually starts work.
  5. Working Day Length  -  the number of hours in your company's working day.

  6. Custom CSS  -  this allows you to style the front-end user interface.
